I understand that there service is inexpensive so they don’t have telephone support, etc, but It has been about 28 hours and still no response. I have no VM hosting experience, but on a shared vhosting on dreamhost I see more than often average load over 3. Once it was over 10 for at least an hour. The way I see it is that CPU & bandwidth are simply expensive. Unless you have dedicated hosting, you will always run into people that don’t play nice. That’s how it is.

But you know, you can always count on luck :)
