I know this is one of those bills proposed just to make good on some promise in exchange for money, but this is truly disgusting. I've often stated that I thought you should have to get a license for be a parent, but I'm mostly joking and I meant everyone. As a person who can't just get pregnant the normal way, I'm truly disgusted and appalled. So if you're on welfare but you've got a good uterus; keep 'em coming. But if you're someone who is a contributing member of society (you almost have to be above average financially to pay for such treatments); we question you're ability and therefore you must be judged.
