Functioned as a Billing Analyst to extract complex datasets and reports as well as helping with operations issues, such as issuing credits for billing errors. § Transitioned to a Windows 2003/Exchange 2003 architecture in 2005 to integrate with Blackberry Enterprise Server. § Received the Spirit of Excellence award the first quarter eligible. |

Approved all enhancements to the product, designed and coded many enhancements, and designed all data structures. § Developed integrations between both ProphetLine for Windows and Visual ProphetLine and various other partner applications, including Great Plains Dynamics/Small Business Manager. |

Supervised and implemented over 20 of the sites personally, including ordering circuits, installing the equipment, and integrating them into the network. § Maintained company PBX, including maintaining interconnection with PSTN, internal VoIP network, and internal call routing and call distribution. § Developed web based applications for circuit tracking and network management using server side scripting languages and database backends. |
